TV Time+ is an app for tracking the TV shows and movies you watch. It is made by an independent developer. This policy explains what data the app collects, why, and the choices you have. Questions: info@tvtimeplus.com.

What we collect

• Account: your email address and a password (stored only as a secure hash by our login provider), or the identifier and email address you share through Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple. If you choose Apple's "Hide My Email", we only receive a private relay address.
• Profile: your display name, username, and the profile and cover photos you choose to add.
• Watch data: the shows and movies in your lists, the episodes and movies you mark as watched (with dates), rewatches, ratings, reactions, favorite characters, custom lists and app preferences such as your streaming country and dark mode.
• Social features: comments and replies you post, likes, who you follow and who follows you, users you block and comments you report.
• TV Time archive import (optional): if you import your old TV Time data export, the app reads only the files it needs (your watch history and total watch time) on your phone and saves the result to your account. The archive file itself is not uploaded or kept.
• Notifications: if you allow notifications, a device token so we can tell you about replies, likes and new followers. New-episode reminders are scheduled on your phone.

How we use it

• To run your account and keep your watch history in sync across your devices.
• To show your public profile, comments and activity to other users (see below).
• To send the notifications you turned on.
• To keep the community safe: handling reports and blocks.

We don't use your data for advertising, profiling or selling to anyone.

What other users can see

Your display name, username, profile and cover photos, the comments and replies you post, your follower and following counts, and the activity shown on your profile (such as what you've watched) are visible to other TV Time+ users. Your email address is never shown. Comments on episodes are hidden behind a spoiler warning for people who haven't watched them yet.

Services we use

• Supabase — hosts our database, accounts and server functions, where your data is stored.
• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service — deliver notifications.
• Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple — only if you choose to sign in with them.
• TMDB (The Movie Database) and TVmaze — provide show and movie information. Requests to TMDB go through our server. Your phone requests show information from TVmaze directly, so TVmaze can see your IP address like any website you visit. We don't send them your account information.

These providers process data on our behalf or to provide their service, and may store it on servers outside your country.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as you have an account. When you delete your account, your profile, watch history, lists, ratings, comments, likes, follows, reports and device tokens are deleted permanently. Backups held by our hosting provider are overwritten within a short period.

Deleting your account

In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account. If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke the app's access to your Apple ID. You can also email info@tvtimeplus.com from your account's email address. More details: Delete your account.

Your rights

You can see and change most of your data in the app, export a backup of your watch data (Settings → Export backup) and delete your account. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU or KVKK in Türkiye) you may also have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or to object to its processing. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.

Children

TV Time+ is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country) and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has created an account, contact us and we'll delete it.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections, and access to each user's data is restricted on our servers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, for important changes, let you know in the app.

Topladıklarımız

• Hesap: e-posta adresin ve şifren (giriş sağlayıcımızda yalnız güvenli özet olarak saklanır) ya da Google veya Apple ile girişte paylaştığın kimlik ve e-posta. Apple'da "E-postamı gizle" seçersen yalnız gizli bir yönlendirme adresi alırız.
• Profil: görünen adın, kullanıcı adın, eklediğin profil ve kapak fotoğrafları.
• İzleme verileri: listendeki dizi ve filmler, izlendi işaretlediğin bölüm ve filmler (tarihleriyle), tekrar izlemeler, puanlar, tepkiler, favori karakterler, özel listeler ve yayın ülkesi, koyu tema gibi tercihler.
• Sosyal özellikler: yazdığın yorum ve yanıtlar, beğeniler, takip ettiklerin ve seni takip edenler, engellediğin kullanıcılar ve bildirdiğin yorumlar.
• TV Time arşivi aktarımı (isteğe bağlı): eski TV Time verilerini aktarırsan uygulama yalnız gereken dosyaları (izleme geçmişi ve toplam süre) telefonunda okur, sonucu hesabına kaydeder. Arşiv dosyasının kendisi yüklenmez ve saklanmaz.
• Bildirimler: bildirimlere izin verirsen yanıt, beğeni ve yeni takipçi bildirimleri için bir cihaz anahtarı. Yeni bölüm hatırlatmaları telefonunda planlanır.

Ne için kullanıyoruz

Hesabını çalıştırmak ve izleme geçmişini cihazların arasında eşitlemek; herkese açık profilini ve yorumlarını diğer kullanıcılara göstermek; açtığın bildirimleri göndermek; bildirim ve engellemelerle topluluğu güvende tutmak için. Verilerini reklam, profilleme ya da satış için kullanmıyoruz.

Diğer kullanıcıların gördükleri

Görünen adın, kullanıcı adın, profil ve kapak fotoğrafların, yorum ve yanıtların, takipçi/takip sayıların ve profilindeki etkinlik (ör. izlediklerin) diğer kullanıcılara görünür. E-posta adresin hiçbir zaman gösterilmez.

Kullandığımız hizmetler

Supabase (veritabanı, hesaplar ve sunucu fonksiyonları), Google Firebase Cloud Messaging ve Apple Anlık Bildirim Servisi (bildirimler), Google ve Apple ile giriş (yalnız seçersen), TMDB ve TVmaze (dizi ve film bilgileri; TMDB istekleri sunucumuz üzerinden gider, TVmaze istekleri telefondan doğrudan gider ve TVmaze her web sitesi gibi IP adresini görebilir; hesap bilgilerin gönderilmez). Bu sağlayıcılar verileri ülken dışındaki sunucularda saklayabilir.

Saklama ve silme

Verilerini hesabın olduğu sürece saklarız. Hesabını silince profilin, izleme geçmişin, listelerin, puanların, yorumların, beğenilerin, takiplerin, bildirdiklerin ve cihaz anahtarların kalıcı olarak silinir. Uygulamada Profil → Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesabı sil yolunu izle. Apple ile girdiysen uygulamanın Apple Kimliğine erişimi de kaldırılır. Hakların

Verilerinin çoğunu uygulamada görüp değiştirebilir, izleme verilerinin yedeğini alabilir (Ayarlar → Yedeği dışa aktar) ve hesabını silebilirsin. KVKK ve GDPR gibi düzenlemeler kapsamında verilerine erişme, düzeltme, silme ve işlenmesine itiraz etme hakların vardır. Bize yazarsan 30 gün içinde yanıt veririz.

Çocuklar

TV Time+ 13 yaşından (ya da ülkendeki alt yaş sınırından) küçükler için değildir; bilerek onların verisini toplamayız.

Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı değiştirirsek yukarıdaki tarihi güncelleriz; önemli değişiklikleri uygulamada duyururuz.
