These terms apply to the TV Time+ app and its online services. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. Contact: info@tvtimeplus.com.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use TV Time+. Keep your sign-in details safe; you're responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app.

Community rules

When you post comments or replies, or set a name, username or photo, you must not post or share:

• harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech or content that attacks people based on who they are;
• sexual, pornographic or excessively violent content;
• spam, advertising, scams or misleading links;
• personal information about other people;
• illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's rights;
• spoilers outside the episode or movie they belong to.

Don't impersonate others, create accounts to evade a block or ban, or try to disrupt or misuse the service.

Reporting and blocking

You can report any comment and block any user from the app. Blocked users can't see your comments and you won't see theirs. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content that breaks these rules; we may suspend or delete the accounts that posted it.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to store it and show it to other users in the app for as long as it's on the service. You can edit or delete your comments, and they're deleted when you delete your account.

Show and movie information

Show and movie data comes from TVmaze and TMDB. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. TV Time+ is an independent app and is not affiliated with the original TV Time service or its owners. Titles, posters and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The service

TV Time+ is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and you should keep a backup of anything important (Settings → Export backup). To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the app. We may change or discontinue features; if we shut the service down we'll give notice so you can export your data.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for important changes, ask you to agree again in the app.

Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app on iOS.
